3年間のMUSUBU SHIGAを通して、滋賀と向き合ってきました。そこから見えてきたのは、滋賀は人と自然が良いバランスで共生しているということ。今回は集大成として、滋賀に根ざして暮らしてきた人々に、滋賀への想いを、語っていただきました。この映像を通して、今まで見つけてきた滋賀という土地の魅力をあらためて浮かび上がらせていく。受け継がれてきた「今」と「未来」を結んでいきたいという想いを込めています。

Meeting04 鶴來窯 古伊賀 “DREAMS OF FIRE” [Trailer]

IPPの新作映像のテーマは「古伊賀焼」。安土桃山時代に、たった数十年間だけ焼かれ、製法と共に歴史から忽然と姿を消した幻の陶器。2014年、IPPは、淡路島ににて一人の男に出会う 「1300度を超える炎と対話する男、陶工 前田幸一 」。IPP4 “DREAMS of FIRE”は、侍の時代から400年以上の時間を経て、その技法を現代に復刻させ作陶を続ける陶工 前田幸一氏と、彼の恩師 杉原哲彦氏、そして乱舞する炎に魅せられた人々の物語。古伊賀との出会い、恩師との別れ。ものを作ること、伝統とは、文化とは、生きるとは何か。古伊賀を通して浮かび上がる様々な普遍的なテーゼに、私たちは向き合うことになるだろう。

“INSPIRING PEOPLE & PROJECTS” 致力於發掘許多具啟發性的人、事、物。透過創作紀錄片,思考這些人們在創作及製作的理念。”DREAMS OF FIRE” 是IPP第4個專題,紀錄執著於重現「古伊賀燒」技法的前田幸一。「古伊賀燒」僅存於日本戰國安土桃山時代,在那之後幾乎完全消失的夢幻陶器。2015年,來自日本的IPP團隊,決定從台北開始,試著跨越文化及語言,瞭解彼此的世界、建立起深遠的友誼。將在台北Boven舉辦上映會及展覽。4年目を迎えたIPPは、台北からプロジェクトを開始することを決定しました。新作、Meeting04 “DREAMS of FIRE”の上映と、4年間を振り返る展示を台北、Bovenにて行います。
