We began to feel that it was not enough to just let people watch the video to share the deliciousness and significance of the experience.
In order to make people feel the value of kombu more familiar, we start the preparation for holding “Osaka Konbu Meeting” with the cooperation of Chie & HIRO, a sister unit of vegetable cookery researcher and illustrator.
